Our Nursery Classes allow children to join at 3 years old. At Adventure Football we begin the children's footballing journey through a series of different adventures such as going in to the Jungle and travelling to Space.
These adventures allow the children to pick up all the basic footballing skills they need whilst allowing their imaginations to run WILD.
The adventures focus on lots of touches, turns and ball manipulation techniques. We aim to improve physical development through agility, balance and co-ordination during our fun and exciting story telling classes.
Once our children reach Primary 1 they will continue the pathway into our P1/2 sessions which you can read about below.
Primary 1/2 Classes
The classes will be a continuation on from the nursery classes with less emphasis on the adventures (however references will still be made to engage the children) and more emphasis on individual ball skills and turns as well as 1v1s and team play.
We introduce the children to basic exercises that encourage them to use both feet to complete certain tasks. This allows our footballers to activate both sides of the brain. By the time they move on to our Futsal classes, they will be comfortable controlling, passing, dribbling and shooting with both feet.
Once our children reach Primary 3 they will continue the pathway into our P3/4 Adventure Futsal sessions which you can read about below.
Primary 3/4 Futsal Classes
Futsal is a fast and exciting small sided game with many of the same concepts of football. Futsal is behind the success of the best players in the world: Ronaldo, Messi and Neymar.
We believe Futsal can be used as a key tool for player development as it forces children to focus heavily on their individual technique, tactical knowledge and accurate passing which are all essential to play football.
"All we played growing up was Futsal. The smaller court helped my footwork skills, the nature of the game made me feel so free when I played. If it wasn't for Futsal, I would definitely not be the player I am today"
